How To Avoid Stress and Tension:
Tension and health walk hand in hand in modern life. we somehow develop the habbit of getting overstressed throughout the 24 hours of the day. Even our dreams and nightmares reflect our stressful lives.
We believe that without being tensed we cannot solve our problems. We get tensed when we have kids, we are overstressed when do not have kids. We have dirty clothes to clean, we have unmanned house, hair, dandruff, tanned skin, Homework of kids, smaller kids to get potty trained, in-laws, offices with deadlines, friends who are smarter than ourselves and have better cars and gadgets than ours!!!
SO how not to get stressed!!
I believe that we should draw a line when to stop worrying!
Cultivate the habit of prayer. Everyday prayer will teach you to depend on a superpower who does the best even when you fail. Believe that everything happens when God wishes.
Do not keep works pending. Pending works means headache. You cannot enjoy life when there are works to be done.
But don't get works overpower you. You have every right to enjoy life.
Save little minutes. We waste lots of time viewing TV ads, unnecessary shows etc.
Always list your items before going out for shopping. This way you will save lots of time worrying what more to buy.
Consult your doctor when you feel that sleep is eluding you for several consecutive nights.
Kids are kids anyways, everyone with kids will understand your situation.
Do not hesitate to ask for help when people are around.
Hope these tips ill help to keep stress at bay.
