Travel Heath Tips

Spending some care free, teension-free days has become a necessaity. We get bored in our day to day life, we do not find time to pursue our hobbies, and we do not find time even to relax and enjoy the beauty of natue. No matter whether you are going to spend time in hills or near a beach or a river enjoying nature is the ultimate aim of our Holiday trips.

But as we are quite accustomed to stay indoors, or living life either inside closed doors or out in polluted cities and towns this chaos become our habbit. We find it easier to live wired, and we cannot do without cars and Acs. But if you really want to spend holiday amidst Nature forget all facilities. Live life like our ancestors did, that is without ACs , cars and microwaves.

As our bodies are quite tuned to get everything at our beck and call holidaying amidst nature is somewhat which our body cannot adopt to easily. But with little bit of preparation and following these Travel heath  tips you can manage quite beautifully.

  • While planning your travel destination choose a place which do not have extrme climatic conditions. This is a must if you have kids along.
  • Start physical preparation. Long walks is a must. At least 2 hours a day. This will tune your body into travel and sight seeing which will follow eventually.
  • Gather information about the food available in your destination.
  • If possible carry an induction cooker and look for hotels who offer you the facility to use an induction cooker.
  • Carry enough heathy snacks and buy fruits whenver possible.
  • While walking in harsh sun have lots of water and succulent fruits. Cucumber is good option and you will get this avilable in anywhere in India.
  • Tender Coconut water will not only keep you hydrated but also keep your skin clear!
  • After a hard days sight seeing and take a cold or warm water bath according to need. Utilise Spas if your Hotel offers one.
