We love fun, we love parties, so do our kids and partners. When we plan our parties, especially at weekends we do it because we can sleep till mid days the next day after the party night. This slowly becomes a habit. And we start sacrificing our good-night sleeps for the sake of fun.
Shopping comes to a close second in the list of things which brings imbalance to makes our healthy lifestyle. I personally noticed when shopping becomes a habit you cannot do without it. Shopaholism a mental condition when you just think of shopping at the hours you are awake. We are so obsessed with shopping ideas that other activities like normal daytime nap, fun-time with kids, their activities, simple pleasures like gardening etc are ignored and we are just thinking of shopping and discounts. So draw a line of limit to yourself . And discuss the matter with family and spouse when you feel that you are obsessed with shopping.
An evening stroll or brisk walk is best thing for unwinding your nerves after a hard day at work or just a simple boring day at home. Watch your surrounding simply covered with the soft cover of darkness, and feel relaxed. Feeling united with nature is best thing to prevent mental stress.
Kids are mostly impish and hard to tackle. They keep us on the tows. But the best thing here to prevent stress of rearing childs is that love the job. When you are with kids try thinking like kids . This makes things easier enough. So when they spill the milk or health drink, instead of getting angry have a hearty laugh. Watch your anger melting away with their smiles.
Keep cooking to the minimum as a daily affair. When you have enough assistance then only cook complicated dishes. Otherwise learn to enjoy simple meals. Do not buy instant packed foods . They will add to calories and cholestarol though they are loaded with taste. Today supermarkets are flooded with ready to with spicy Indian delicacies but beware of all these. Control your taste buds. They are worse than street foods.
