Feeling healthy and Looking healthy

Feeling healthy and looking healthy are the two sides of the same coin. The secret of staying healthy is lieing in your confidence that I am looking good. Whatever we do to stay healthy is ultimately aimed at looking healthy.

How to be confident about my Look

Self confidance comes from the feel good factor. We may have several minus points , be it  hair,  appearance of our face, or anything. But that should not keep us away from feeling good about ourselves.


Build up your confidance


To build up cnfident you have to spend a little bit time strictly to yoursslef. This will be ultimate me-time. Daily household chores, responsibilties at work place, kids, in-laws and social responsibilities hardly  allow us to enjoy some me time. We end up being satisfied with a trib to a caffee along with family as  quality time. But actually  every person needs time exclusively for oneself.

  1.  Enjoy the  little me time by  taking care of yourself only.Forget everyone else.
  2.  Enjoy a few minutes of free imagination. You will feel freedom.
  3. Splurge on yourself. You buy the best for other members of family. But splurging on yourself will give you that self confidence.
  4. Get professional skin or hair treatment once in a month.
  5.  Keep your legs, feet and hands equally beautiful like your face.
  6. Do not deprive yourself of the daily care routine like cleaning toning moisturising, oiling hair etc for the sake of house-hold chores.
