Winter Skin Care to get healthy Skin

Diwali is right here and winter is not far. With festivities fun and frolic skin crazy folks could perhaps feel that dry skin too is right there. Just after taking a shower we can feel that we need more and more moisturiser to make our skin soft.


Winter  skins can be real problem for those who have dry to normal skin.. Even oily skins can be problem during winter because greasy scalp and skin give way to acnes and pimples. To double the problem there are winter wears which cause allergy for many.

But with little effort you can have beautiful and healthy skin, which will make everyone believe that it is actually spring not winter.  Dryness, lack of moisture, pimples etc will not be there. But the early care of autumn is must for having a glowing skin at winter.

Have glowing skin in the winter

  • Keep a large bowl or water at your bedroom every night.  This bowl will ensure right flow of oxygen to your skin. To get rid of dry patches this  works great.
  • Have a glass of warm water first thing in the morning. Add a dash of lemon and a spoon of honey to it. Your system will be cleaned and you will have glowing skin.
  • To have bright and smooth skin external use of Honey and lemon is great. Mix equal part of honey and lemon juice. Rub all over your skin. When it gets dry wash off with cold water. See the difference.
  • To get luscious skin mix equal part of glycerin, sugar and lemon juice. Apply with a cotton ball. Wash with cool water after fifteen minutes. This works as natural moisturiser.
  •  Have a fistful of dry fruits every morning in your breakfast platter. This will supply you  essential nutrients to keep healthy skin during winter.
  • Keep a lip balm handy at your bag, and rub occasionally. At home apply Desi ghee during night to repair chapped lips.
  • Rub  generous amount of hand lotion each time you wash your hands and feet. However washing hands frequently is not a good idea during winter, beacuse it robs off your natural moisture.
  •  Start applying the right night  massage cream your skin before going to bed.
  • Our humble petrolium jelly is very good for your heels, elbows and knees.
  • Before taking bath massage your skin with baby oil. This is a sure shot way tokeep your skin healthy and baby soft.
